Affordable Multi-Family Housing Project
The development is 100% affordable housing that will consist of 387 apartment homes that will serve working families earning between 30%-60% of the average median income for the area. The development will require three legal parcels that are consistent with each phase which will include all necessary reciprocal easements and joint use agreements. Each parcel will have three separate building permits and be individually financed. However it is anticipated that the construction of all three phases will occur contemporaneously. There are 147 units in Phase 1 82 units in Phase 2 and 158 units in Phase 3.
